These are long pants with big ruffles on the bottom.
My daughter is 7 months old and 20 pounds and has been wearing the size 12M since she was about 16 pounds. The 12M will only fit her a little while longer so we sized up and she now wears the 18M.
My daughter is now 11 months old and 22 pounds and 30 inches and wears size 18M.
My daughter is now 2 years and 26 pounds 33 inches and we do the size 2T. We have plenty of room to grow for fall and winter.
My daughter is now 28 pounds 35 inches and we do size 3T.
