THESE ARE FLAWED. THEY ARE ABOUT 1.5 INCHES TOO SHORT AND .75 INCHES TOO WIDE. THATS WHY THEY ARE BEING SOLD SO CHEAP. THEY ARE NOT REALLY WEARABLE. THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD PRACTICE SHIRTS.
These are 100% polyester. I recommend 400 degrees for 60 seconds.
