These are sublimation notebooks. They have a matte cover and cardboard on the inside. They come in pieces. Once you sublimate the cover (I recommend 380 degrees for 50 seconds) and then it comes with two adhesive sheets to stick the notebook to the cover. There is no cardboard in the binding area. Therefore it will not sublimate as evenly in that area. I will include a piece of cardboard that you can cut to size to fit in that spot that will help with more even sublimation in that area.
